The Indian Association of Cookeville will host a dance concert evening from 5 to 7 p.m., Nov. 14, at Derry Berry Auditorium. Kuchipudi and Bharathanatyam Indian classical dances will be performed. According to the Kuchipudi Academy of Dance, Kuchipudi "is a classical dance form that originated in the village of Kuchipudi, in Southern India. (0) comments

Tech's music department is gearing up for the holiday season with the annual candlelight Christmas concert. This semester has been eventful for the music department as they try to draw students in by having more concerts and recitals. From the Festival of Voices to the fall concert, students have had plenty of opportunity to enjoy performances, and there is more yet to come. (0) comments

Quite possibly one of the most interesting and groundbreaking musicians of the past decade in indie-rock, Stevens has been relatively quiet after he released his influential "Illinois" album over four years ago.
